“After the full home assessment, we made a few intentional adjustments to lighting, wireless settings, and our sleep space. It wasn’t complicated — but the difference in how the home felt — especially at night — was immediate.

Foundational Assessment

Entry-level clarity for wireless homes

Wireless signals are a constant presence in modern homes — yet almost none of them have ever been measured. This assessment changes that. You get a clear, objective picture of RF exposure throughout your living space: where it’s coming from, where it concentrates, and what practical steps can meaningfully reduce it.

The signals you can’t see are rarely the ones you think to check.

Using the Safe and Sound Pro 2 RF analyzer — a professional-grade, calibrated instrument capable of detecting signals invisible to consumer meters — we measure Wi-Fi, smart meters, neighboring signals, and connected devices throughout your home. Clients often find that simply knowing what’s there — and where it’s highest — is enough to make meaningful, confident changes.

The goal is not elimination — but intentional optimization.

Circadian & Light Assessment

Designed to support better sleep and daily energy alignment

Modern lighting is engineered for visibility and efficiency — but it was never designed with your biology in mind. Lighting is one of the fastest and most overlooked ways to improve sleep, recovery, and daily energy. From morning cortisol release to nighttime melatonin production, your biology is deeply regulated by light — and the spectrum your home produces matters more than most people realize.

Most people don’t realize their lighting is working against them until it’s measured.

For athletes and performance-focused individuals, the stakes are higher. Sleep stage quality, morning cortisol rhythm, and the nighttime melatonin production that governs deep sleep are all regulated by light. If you’re tracking readiness scores or HRV and the numbers aren’t reflecting your training effort, your light environment is likely a variable you haven’t yet measured.

Rather than relying on guesswork or marketing claims about “warm bulbs,” this assessment delivers measured clarity. Using the UPRtek MK350N spectrum analyzer — a professional-grade instrument that measures lux, color temperature, melanopic lux, blue light percentage, and flicker index — we evaluate the actual spectrum, flicker rate, and blue light output of the lights in your home, then identify practical adjustments that bring your indoor light environment back into alignment with your biology. Clients commonly report falling asleep faster, fewer nighttime wake-ups, and more stable daytime energy once their lighting environment is aligned.

The goal is not darkness — but intelligent light optimization.

What’s Measured

  • Circadian lighting spectrum in key living areas
  • Blue light exposure levels in bedrooms and high-use spaces
  • Overall brightness (lux levels) throughout the home
  • LED flicker and light modulation patterns

What’s Received

  • Clear explanation of findings
  • Practical bulb, fixture, and placement recommendations
  • Bedroom and sleep-zone lighting guidance
  • The FieldWise Home Profile — your personalized written report covering every measured domain: room-by-room scores, SBM-2015 comparisons, findings, and prioritized next steps
For highest precision, we may recommend visiting during evening hours — when your indoor lighting environment most accurately reflects your typical daily exposure.

Extended Monitoring

Overnight RF + magnetic field logging — your sleep environment, measured across a full night

Most homes are well served by a single in-person assessment. Some situations call for a closer look over time. If you are highly sensitive to electromagnetic fields, notice symptoms that seem tied to a specific time of night, or simply want more thorough data than a single reading can provide, overnight logging captures a continuous record of your bedroom’s RF and AC magnetic field environment across a full night — not just one moment in time.

Using instrument-grade equipment, we leave calibrated meters in place overnight and return the next day to retrieve them. The data is reviewed against Building Biology SBM-2015 reference levels and included in a written summary, giving you an accurate, continuous picture of your sleep environment rather than a single snapshot.

This is not a diagnostic service and cannot identify the source or intent behind any specific exposure. It measures what is present in the room, over time, with the same objective, data-first approach behind every FieldWise assessment.

Not a snapshot — a full night of measured data.

Who It’s For

  • Heightened EMF sensitivity
  • Sleep disruption that seems to follow a time or pattern
  • Anyone wanting the most thorough baseline before changing their space

What’s Included

  • Evening setup — during your assessment visit or a dedicated setup
  • 8–12 hours of overnight logging
  • Next-day equipment retrieval
  • Full analysis and written summary against SBM-2015 reference levels

Athletes & Performance

You’ve Optimized Everything.
Except Where Recovery Actually Happens.

Performance-focused athletes are among the most detail-oriented clients we work with. They’re already tracking HRV, monitoring sleep scores, managing training load, and dialing in nutrition with precision. But almost universally, one variable has never been measured: the environment where all of that recovery actually takes place.

Sleep is where human growth hormone releases, where muscle tissue repairs, where the nervous system consolidates the adaptation signals from training. The quality of that process isn’t just a function of what time you go to bed — it’s shaped by the electromagnetic and light environment your body is immersed in while it works.

RF signals near the sleep zone, AC field patterns at the bed, and blue-spectrum lighting in the hours before sleep can each suppress the biology that makes deep recovery possible. These aren’t abstract concerns — they’re measurable, and they’re fixable. Every marginal gain you’ve worked for in training stacks better when the environment where it’s processed is no longer working against you.

Sleep Zone Mapping
A 9-position calibrated field map of your actual mattress — revealing the electromagnetic environment your body recovers in every night.
💡
Circadian Light Analysis
Light governs melatonin production, cortisol rhythm, and sleep stage depth. We measure the spectrum your home actually produces — not what the bulb packaging claims.
📡
RF & Field Environment
RF signals and AC electric fields in the sleep zone are rarely measured — and rarely considered as recovery variables. We make them visible.

The recommended starting point for athletes is the Home Health Optimization — which combines Sleep Zone Mapping, RF measurement, AC field analysis, and circadian lighting evaluation in a single structured visit.

Before You Call

How do I know which assessment is right for me?

A quick call is the easiest way to find out. Most clients have a clear fit within the first few minutes of conversation. If you’re unsure, the Foundational Assessment is a natural starting point — and you can always go deeper from there.

How long is the visit?

The Foundational and Circadian & Light assessments typically run 60–90 minutes. The Home Health Optimization runs 90–120 minutes. We move methodically and take time to explain findings as we go — so you leave understanding exactly what was measured and why it matters.

Will I need to buy anything afterward?

Some recommendations — like replacing bulbs with lower blue-light alternatives — may involve a modest purchase. But these are standard consumer products available anywhere. We don’t sell products, and we have no interest in what you buy or where you buy it. Our only job is to give you accurate data and clear guidance.

What if my home measures fine?

That’s a genuinely good outcome. You leave with confidence that your environment isn’t a hidden contributor to poor sleep or low energy — and a clear baseline if you ever want to reassess down the road.

What areas do you serve?

Fort Collins, the Front Range, and the I-70 Corridor. Not sure if you’re in range? Call and we’ll tell you in about thirty seconds.
