You can’t optimize what you’ve never measured. Each assessment is a structured, in-person visit using professional-grade calibrated instruments — delivering clear data, prioritized findings, and a practical plan built around your specific home.

Wireless signals are a constant presence in modern homes — yet almost none of them have ever been measured. This assessment changes that. You get a clear, objective picture of RF exposure throughout your living space: where it’s coming from, where it concentrates, and what practical steps can meaningfully reduce it.
The signals you can’t see are rarely the ones you think to check.
Using professional-grade, calibrated instruments not available in consumer-grade tools, we measure Wi-Fi, smart meters, neighboring signals, and connected devices throughout your home. Clients often find that simply knowing what’s there — and where it’s highest — is enough to make meaningful, confident changes.
The goal is not elimination — but intentional optimization.

Schedule Your Home AssessmentModern lighting is engineered for visibility and efficiency — but it was never designed with your biology in mind. Lighting is one of the fastest and most overlooked ways to improve sleep, recovery, and daily energy. From morning cortisol release to nighttime melatonin production, your biology is deeply regulated by light — and the spectrum your home produces matters more than most people realize.
Most people don’t realize their lighting is working against them until it’s measured.
For athletes and performance-focused individuals, the stakes are higher. Sleep stage quality, morning cortisol rhythm, and the nighttime melatonin production that governs deep sleep are all regulated by light. If you’re tracking readiness scores or HRV and the numbers aren’t reflecting your training effort, your light environment is likely a variable you haven’t yet measured.
Rather than relying on guesswork or marketing claims about “warm bulbs,” this assessment delivers measured clarity. Using professional-grade, calibrated instruments not available in consumer-grade tools, we evaluate the actual spectrum, flicker rate, and blue light output of the lights in your home — then identify practical adjustments that bring your indoor light environment back into alignment with your biology. Clients commonly report falling asleep faster, fewer nighttime wake-ups, and more stable daytime energy once their lighting environment is aligned.
The goal is not darkness — but intelligent light optimization.

Schedule Your Home AssessmentMost environmental assessments look at one thing at a time. The Home Health Optimization looks at your home as a complete system — measuring RF exposure, AC electric fields, AC magnetic fields, circadian lighting, and your sleep zone in a single, structured visit. Because these factors interact, measuring them together reveals what isolated testing misses.
Your body doesn’t experience these factors separately — it responds to all of them at once.
Where you sleep is where your body does its most critical recovery work — yet most people have never measured the environment they sleep in. The Sleep Zone Mapping included in this assessment applies a calibrated 3D analysis to your bed, mapping the actual field environment across nine positions covering where your head, torso, and feet rest each night. It’s often the most eye-opening part of the visit.
AC electric and magnetic field patterns are often associated with home wiring and electrical systems. Where elevated levels are identified, we note the patterns, explain what they commonly indicate, and provide clear guidance on what to discuss with a licensed electrician if follow-up is warranted.
The circadian lighting component is often where clients notice the most immediate results. Most indoor lighting — even bulbs marketed as “warm” — emits spectral patterns that interfere with melatonin production and suppress the morning cortisol signals your body depends on to regulate sleep and energy. Using professional-grade, calibrated instruments not available in consumer-grade tools, we measure the actual spectrum, flicker rate, and blue light output of the lights you live and sleep near, then identify practical adjustments that bring your indoor light environment back into alignment with your biology.
When all of these domains are measured and optimized together, clients commonly notice falling asleep faster, fewer nighttime wake-ups, more stable daytime energy, and improved clarity and focus.
For clients who want a clear, complete understanding of their home environment, this is where we recommend starting.
For athletes and performance-focused clients, this is the most complete recovery environment assessment available. Every protocol you follow in training, nutrition, and supplementation ultimately depends on what your body can accomplish during sleep — and sleep quality begins with the environment where it happens.
Your home, measured as a system. Your results, delivered as a plan.

Schedule Your Home AssessmentAthletes & Performance
Performance-focused athletes are among the most detail-oriented clients we work with. They’re already tracking HRV, monitoring sleep scores, managing training load, and dialing in nutrition with precision. But almost universally, one variable has never been measured: the environment where all of that recovery actually takes place.
Sleep is where human growth hormone releases, where muscle tissue repairs, where the nervous system consolidates the adaptation signals from training. The quality of that process isn’t just a function of what time you go to bed — it’s shaped by the electromagnetic and light environment your body is immersed in while it works.
RF signals near the sleep zone, AC field patterns at the bed, and blue-spectrum lighting in the hours before sleep can each suppress the biology that makes deep recovery possible. These aren’t abstract concerns — they’re measurable, and they’re fixable. Every marginal gain you’ve worked for in training stacks better when the environment where it’s processed is no longer working against you.
The recommended starting point for athletes is the Home Health Optimization — which combines Sleep Zone Mapping, RF measurement, AC field analysis, and circadian lighting evaluation in a single structured visit.
“Honestly eye-opening. I had no idea what was actually going on in our home environment. The recommendations were clear and easy to act on — and my sleep and overall wellbeing have genuinely improved.”

The Process
Every assessment follows a consistent, methodical approach using professional-grade calibrated instruments throughout.
We begin with a walkthrough of your home to identify bedrooms, workspaces and high-use living areas so measurements are focused where they matter most.
Using calibrated RF and light analysis instruments, we systematically measure wireless exposure, lighting spectrum, brightness and flicker throughout your home.
We identify where exposure levels or lighting conditions may benefit from adjustments — ranked by impact so you know where to focus first.
You receive practical steps and a written summary outlining prioritized improvements you can act on immediately — no guesswork, no products to buy.
Common Questions
How do I know which assessment is right for me?
A quick call is the easiest way to find out. Most clients have a clear fit within the first few minutes of conversation. If you’re unsure, the Foundational Assessment is a natural starting point — and you can always go deeper from there.
How long is the visit?
The Foundational and Circadian & Light assessments typically run 60–90 minutes. The Home Health Optimization runs 90–120 minutes. We move methodically and take time to explain findings as we go — so you leave understanding exactly what was measured and why it matters.
Will I need to buy anything afterward?
Some recommendations — like replacing bulbs with lower blue-light alternatives — may involve a modest purchase. But these are standard consumer products available anywhere. We don’t sell products, and we have no interest in what you buy or where you buy it. Our only job is to give you accurate data and clear guidance.
What if my home measures fine?
That’s a genuinely good outcome. You leave with confidence that your environment isn’t a hidden contributor to poor sleep or low energy — and a clear baseline if you ever want to reassess down the road.
What areas do you serve?
Fort Collins, the Front Range, and the I-70 Corridor. Not sure if you’re in range? Call and we’ll tell you in about thirty seconds.
Scheduling & Payment
Appointments are scheduled by phone and completed during a single in-home visit. Call for a brief discovery conversation to determine which assessment is the right fit.
