Can you inspect a home before we buy it?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are one of our core offerings. We measure RF exposure, AC magnetic fields from nearby power lines and wiring, electric fields and dirty electricity before you commit, so an unmeasured unknown never has to be part of the decision.
Do you check power lines near the house?
Yes. Nearby power lines create AC magnetic fields that penetrate walls and are difficult to shield, and their real levels at the house can’t be judged by eye. Measuring is the only way to know, and distance is the main variable.
