Common Questions
The Foundational Assessment takes 2 to 3 hours in your home. The Home Light Reset and the Focused Visit take about 90 minutes, and the 24 Hour Infrastructure Assessment adds a full day of logging.
No special preparation is needed. Just make sure we can access all rooms, including bedrooms and any home office spaces you’re concerned about.
Payment is due at the time of the visit. We accept credit card, debit, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App — whatever is easiest for you.
Yes. Optional follow-up visits are available to verify any changes you’ve made and take new measurements to confirm improvement.
